Our Dentist
Dr Scott Krause
Scott Krause graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California, United States of America, in 2009 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Union College in Nebraska.
Dr Krause was in private practice as a general dentist in southern California for 7 years. He currently holds licences to practise dentistry in the United States and New Zealand, as well as in Australia. He has been licensed in Kenya and Micronesia and has also provided dentistry for other under-served communities in Bangladesh, Tanzania, Jamaica and Mexico.
He understands the impact that a healthy, functioning smile can have on an individual’s confidence and overall health, and he is always striving to make his patients’ dental experience a comfortable one.
Dr Krause keeps up with the latest advances in dentistry through his memberships of the Australian Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and United States Dental Institute.
Dr Lucy Burchall
Dr Lucy Burchall holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Dentistry (2014) and a Master of Dentistry (2016), both from La Trobe University. These qualifications were gained after five years of full-time study combined with practical experience in the field.
Having spent two years in public dental health clinics across rural and regional Victoria, she finds that she enjoys being involved all aspects of general dentistry, especially preventative dentistry, oral health promotion and restorative procedures.
Lucy’s mission as a dentist is to personalise patient care and provide the best possible treatment in a relaxed and comfortable environment. She supports her patients to improve and maintain their oral health so as to ensure that they have a beautiful smile, now and into the future.
Dr Anchal Verma
Dr Anchal Verma obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. During her time in Adelaide, Anchal gained invaluable experience in South Australia metropolitan and rural clinics, including Adelaide Dental Hospital.
During dental school, she organised fundraisers and dental volunteering trips, with the aim of reducing the oral health inequality gap in less privileged countries.
Dr Verma enjoys general dentistry and has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry and oral surgery. Anchal believes strongly in preventative dental care and ensures her patients are well educated during their appointments.
Dr Verma is passionate about providing dental care that promotes a healthy and beautiful smile. Her kind and gentle demeanour ensures that all of her patients are comfortable and at ease during their treatment.
