Established in the 1950s Brunswick Dental Group has grown to become one of Melbourne’s best known dental clinics. Dr Jim Yannopoulos commenced in 1987 and now leads a friendly expert dental team. As family dentists we provide a range of dental services including General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Teeth Whitening, Dental Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, Children’s Dentistry and Preventative Care Programs.

Dr Jim Yannopoulos – General Dentist
Dr Jim Yannopoulos achieved a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 1987. He has been a prominent figure within the dentistry arena ever since, having begun his career in Brunswick since he graduated in 1987. He has owned the practice Brunswick Dental Group since 1991. Dr Yannopoulos regularly participates in continuing education and is affiliated with a number of organisations such as:

Dr Daniel Yap – General Dentist
B.D.S.(Syd), F.I.C.C.D.E.

Since graduating in Sydney, Daniel has worked in a variety of different dental environments including public, corporate and private dentistry. He has worked in a hospital setting, supervised students, as an associate in group practices in both Australia and the UK and as a principal dentist for a corporate in the UK. After spending a few years working in Cambridge and travelling Europe, Daniel returned home to Melbourne and rejoined Dr Yannopoulos and the team at Brunswick Dental Group. He brings experience in treating Temporomandibular Joint Disorders and is also able to manage migraines and tension-type headaches with Botox. Daniel takes pride in his dentistry and believes strongly in continuing education, he has completed Levels 1,2 and 3 implant accreditation with the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry.

He has also completed an Implantology Fellowship at the University of Miami. Daniel has also completed a long course in Orthodontics and can straighten your teeth with conventional braces or Invisalign. He is also a Fellow at the International College of Continuing Dental Education. Daniel loves helping patients create healthy, long-lasting, good looking smiles. He keeps up to date with the latest treatment options and technology, attending several courses a year, studying the latest dental research and connecting with his specialist colleagues. Patients and staff describe him as trustworthy, gentle, caring and meticulous. When Daniel is not caring for his patients or participating in professional development, he spends time with his wife and young son or plays the guitar or drums and loves tinkering with his computer.
